The MAXI BIRCH is a Spiral grooved dowel pin like the SPIRAL, but it’s chamfer is just like on the normal dowel pins been cut off. The spiral is pressed into the dowels.

The spiral ensures that the glue is covering a large surface and through this provides the best joint.
