Founder: Niels Bernhardt Knudsen B.1894 D. 1978
| 1924 - 1955 |
In this period Bernhardt was Managing Director for the family Sawmill in Mørkøv. In this period the first Dowel pin crosscutter was built. |
| 1955 |
Bernhardt bought Skamstrup Dairywork and started up the Dowel factory. |
| 1968 |
Niels Knudsen, son off Niels Bernhardt Knudsen startet on the factory. |
| 1969 |
Niels Bernhardt Knudsen took over Jyderup Sawmill and Stavefactory from Danapak, and moved the factory to Jyderup. |
| 1997 |
Was Jyderup Dyvelfabrik sold to 5 businessmen. |
| 2000 - 2001 |
Built new factory in Czech Republic. |
| 2003 |
Started Co-orperation with Asian producers. |
